About us

PARO Ltd was founded in 2004 in the small town of Smolyan, Bulgaria. In 2010 a new division based in Haskovo city was found with a total of 150 employee grouped into six lines.
For a year we manifacture about 100,000-120,000 pieces of clothing in a variety of ranges: from boxer shorts to swim through to blouses, trousers, ski jackets and ski pants. The production per month is about 8000-10000 pieces, but it is not distributed evenly throughout the year.
Our customers are Sportalm - Austria, Paul&Shark - Dama Spa - Italy, Martini, woolrich and others.
The company is certified by SR EN ISO 9001 : 2008/ISO 9001 : 2008 – system for quality control from RENAR - Romania.

CAD- CAM
Our equipment includes the following CAD – CAM systems: OPTITEX, LEKTRA, GERBER.
Cutting
For cutting we have a cutting robot for automatic cutting, manufactured in Spain by a company owned from Lektra – Investronica.
Sewing robot
We have a sewing robot.
Sewing machines
There are a large number (over 300) sewing machines: Lockstitch(1 and 2 needle), Overlock (3,4,5 and 6- thread), Cover stitch, Blind stitch, Chain stitch, Bartack, Zig-zag, Point tack, Buttonhole, Eye buttonhole, Linking machines, Piping automat, Programable pattern, and more.
Ironing
We have ironing equipment – ironing tables with blowers and vacuum, different dummies of models for shoulders and said articles
Embroidery machines
We have top nodge embroidery machines
Laser cutter
We have a laser cutter for preparing our sewing robot templates.
Down filler?
We have a machine for filling down in jacket chambers
Final control and packaging
We are making fully 100% control of quality to all of our products. Package according to customers requirements – on a hanger or folded in plastic envelope.
